I agree Kevin but of all the stuff McHenry could have chosen to argue about, he picks one for just $1 million (not billion) over a year and it’s for promoting bicycling (and actually offers a *gasp* tax credit). There’s lots of this stuff on both sides but this one nearly made me choke on my breakfast.

that is silly, but there are alot of extras that the Dems put into the bill which their voters choose to ignore out of ignorance or loyalty so really it goes on both sides, Democrats just think that their poop don’t stink.
