		<description>Michael,

I work in the call center that you may have gotten the call from as a Supervisor. Is there anyway I could get more information about who might have called you (as this is NOT the way we instruct our agents to contact our customers). I would really like to look into this further for you. Also, when you stated that you pressed 0 to speak with an operator and the person that you spoke with was unable to help you, this is also something that should not have happened. If you know the last four digits of the phone # that called out to you, or possibly your policy # that you were being call on I would really like to look into this so that we can better ourselves and make sure that this never happens again.

Thank you,
John</description>
