In The CD Player Today

Here are some songs I've been playing over and over in my in dash MP3 player in my car:

Jack Johnson- "Flake" (very singable)
Jakatta- "My Vision" (also a great song for cycling)
Norah Jones- "Butterflies" (very surreal)
Matthew Sweet- "Sick of Myself" (an oldie from college)
Fuel- "Shimmer" (reminds me of when I first came to Seattle)
Shakira- "Estoy Aqui" (I have no idea what she's saying but I can't get the song out of my head!)
New Radicals- "I Hope I Just Didn't Give Away the Ending" (I'm sure most people have never heard of this song but I have loved it for years. It's so incredibly sad but so catchy. See the lyrics.

Tomorrow is mom's birthday. I sent her a card on Thursday but there's no way it will get there in time so I'm sure I'll hear it from my sister. I'll give her a call though. As for the Superbowl, I have to pull for the Buccaneers. I've never liked Oakland anyway.
